As someone who uses brokers myself, I know that value that brokers bring and the value they SHOULD bring. I am lucky to have a great broker myself and am even more lucky to have great brokers who work along side me.

For me, its important that a broker is able to simplify your loan structure and what impact it will have. I want to be educated and updated so that when I get a bunch of documents to sign and approve, I know exactly what I am signing.

As a broker client, I want to know when my rates are ending or when my home loan is ready for review instead of having to chase up the broker myself.

As a broker, the relationship doesnt end on settlement, it actually starts from there. Your deal may be done, but your circumstances may change, which is why follow ups are essential.

My approach is simple...

Provide you with the best options across lenders, explain the impacts of those options, hold your hand throughout the entire process as well as organise a time to review your finances to make sure you are still happy with your loan structure.

Just like you can contact your personal trainer anytime for training and nutrition advice, I believe you should be able to contact about your finances.

Well thats in a nutshell,  I became a broker to deliver a service worth talking about and really HELPING people and building relationships with my clients rather then just a loan application number on my data base.
